Thease instruments have cool unusual designs and look even cooler in person they have a nice finish in a cool looking mix of matt and shiny plastic they feel sturdy and well made. A nice surprise was that all of the instruments fit comfortably in a small woman's hand so the size of them is suitable for any age really they all sound Really good the tambourine is especially versatile and can be shaken or hit gently for a more jingley sound or shaken side to side for a much louder more clattery sound it can also be laid down on a soft surface and used as a hand drum the bell has a very nice sounding bell that is jingley but not sharp sounding the bells suspended so there is no clatter it just rings and sounds nice regardless of how you shake it the maraca also has a pleasant sound anyone looking to buy thease as figet toys as I did will just want to be aware that thease instruments do come in a box with a large picture of a baby on the back despite in my opinion being fun for kids of any age or as figet toys or even music therapy instruments

Well made and lovely first musical toys for my 10 mth old . Sound is great she loves shaking them . Moulded with soft round handles great for her small hands . They are good loud sounds of bells and jingles we can all hold one and have fun making a right racket together . We are trying to get her to shake them along to music too . These will last her for as long as she wishes to use them .

My granddaughter is still under two years old, and loved this toy. She can make her own music and dance along.

Fine quality, but the green maraca and blue tambourine are way too big for a 6 month old, which is the age recommendation. Maraca might suit 2yrs plus - the bulbous handle is simply enormous.

These have been a firm favourite in our house for a while now. Got them when our baby was a few months old. He's almost one now and still loves to play with them. They are easy to hold, reasonably light for their size and very durable. They each make good quality sounds. I especially like that the metal parts of the bell and tambourine are enclosed- this feels safer than other alternatives.
