I wanted a set with a tuned xylophone and this is perfect. You get less in this set for the money but the accuracy of the tone is so important. All the items are perfect and enjoyed by baby. I’m glad I bought this rather than a cheaper set with more items that probably would have just been forgotten about.

This was perfect for little hands that want to play with musical instruments. Was bought for a child aged 1 and he enjoyed playing with it.

Lovely set for music-loving babies. The pieces are perfectly sized for little hands, and are brightly coloured. The glockenspiel has a beautiful tone and is perfectly in-tune. The ocean drum is a sort of a rattle/drum which sounds a bit like a snare. Our baby finds it fascinating. The rainmaker has lots of bright ball-bearings and spinners inside that make it extra fun to look at. The clacker is slightly unnerving as it produces a very loud noise.All in all, a great toy set that has been played with loads since Christmas. I’m pleased I bought it.

Great fun toy. My son absolutely loves it. I think he could be a musician in the making. He is always entertained when I let him play these toys. They are well built and can handle being dropped and thrown around.

My little girl loves these, I purchased these as they have them at my local play group and she always reaches for these. They are lovely and colourful and the sounds are ally engaging. Great for their development.

Nice little set, so pleased with it. My 6 month old boy particularly loves the tambourine/drum and is capable of bashing the xylophone/glockenspiel with the stick! They are sturdy little toys and safe for baby use.

This is a great gift for my 10 mnth old grandson. Inexpensive and excellent quality. Great learning tools. Quite fascinating for this age group and a bit older. Prompt delivery. Very pleased.

Bought this for a 1st birthday present and the little girl absolutely loved it. So many different sounds - even some of the adults wanted to play! Not sure how much the parents appreciated the impending noise but the child definitely did.

This is a great. I have been looking at xylophones in particular as well as a drum / tambourine type instrument. My son is almost 16 months and I've bought this for him for Christmas. He has Down's syndrome, and I wanted to get him something musical, practical, hardwearing, colourful and that would help develop gross and fine motor skills. I spent ages looking at reviews of lots of other products, and chose this one because of the good reviews and the beautiful colours! I am not disappointed! I'm glad to report that the xylophone is excellent - very lovely and great tone. It's also musically accurate which means we can actually play a tune on it. Some toy xylophones are not great quality. The drum is filled with little beads making this dual purpose - lovely under-the-sea theme. The rainmaker is great too - my son will no doubt love shaking this. Plus it's lovely colours.All in all, a great quality set that I am sure my son will love. It is a little expensive, however, the quality is so good that I am happy to pay the total amount. If you bought all these items individually it would cost more.5 out of 5 :-)

My one year old granddaughter enjoyed playing with the toy. Let’s hope she continues to get pleasure from it as I thought it was expensive!

This was a birthday present for my partner's two year old grandson. When he opened the gift, he was delighted with the various noises the instruments made and he had a big smile on his face!

We bought this for my little girls first birthday and between buying it and giving it to her, saw lots of cheaper alternatives. However now she has it and has used it for a while I am really glad we went with this one. She enjoys all of the instruments and sits and plays happily for a few minutes at a time. (She is a wriggly fidget and doesn't tend to stay still for any amount of time!)The instruments are sturdy and pleasing. They are very attractive to look at and make a plesant sound. The glockenspiel is really special rainbow bars and a lovely sound. Our daughter keeps trying to get the cat to have a go - he's not as impressed! (My only very small and pedantic comment is that it is called a xylophone in the blurb, which are made of wood. It's not really important just seems odd to call it the wrong word.) I think that this set will give her years of enjoyment.
